PAYMENT POLICY
Terms & Conditions
Reservation needs 30% down payment.
The full balance must be settled 7 days before the trip.
Reschedule maximum 30 days before trip.
Due to force majeure, trip will be rescheduled
or itinerary will be changed for passenger’s safety.
Force majeure include natural disasters,
bad weather, riot, disease outbreak, and government regulations
Delayed flight that cause guest arriving late
at the meeting point will be assumed as “no show”,
and no refund for that.
When arriving late, guest can still take speed boat
on their own expenses to join the trip.
Cancellation Policy
≤ 1 Month before trip = no refund
2 -3 moths before trip = 30 %
≥ 4 months before trip = 50 %
