This journey can be done in both directions — starting from Labuan Bajo in the west or from Ende in the east. The ideal pace is 7 days and 6 nights, allowing enough time to experience Flores without rushing.
This is not a fixed itinerary. Each journey is adjusted based on your pace, interests, and travel style — whether you want to focus more on hiking, culture, or simply enjoying the road.

The journey starts along coastal roads before gradually moving into the highlands, where the air cools and the landscapes begin to shift.
Into the Mountains

Highland to Highland
The route continues through Flores’ most characteristic regions, where culture and landscape are closely connected.
Ending in the East
The journey concludes near Kelimutu, where an early morning experience offers a memorable final moment before departure.

Toyota Hiace — spacious and well-suited for families or groups, with ample room for both passengers and luggage.
